Appearance and motion
Themes, light and dark mode, transparency, and tuning how Pivit animates.
Everything here is under Settings → Look & Feel.
Mode
System, Light or Dark. System follows Windows, including switching with it during the day.
Style
Eight themes change the colour and character of the whole interface, and each works in both light and dark mode.

Plugin interfaces use Pivit's own primitives rather than styling themselves, so a plugin looks native under whichever theme you pick.
Transparency
Gives the command bar and windows a translucent, blurred backing. Turn it off for a solid surface — worth doing if you find the blur hard to read against busy wallpaper, or on a machine where compositing costs you frames.
Motion
Enable animations is the master switch. Off makes everything instant, with no motion anywhere; Pivit also respects the Windows "reduce motion" setting.
With animations on, choose a Feel:

Or set Speed and Bounciness yourself. Speed scales everything from half pace to four times; bounciness controls how much a movement overshoots before settling — zero never overshoots.
Keystroke pulse nudges the command bar's width as you type. It is the one animation people either love or immediately switch off.
