Cloud sync
Syncing your settings across devices, choosing what syncs, and syncing on demand.
Cloud sync requires the Pro plan.
Sync stores your settings in your Pivit account so a second machine matches the first. Settings → Account → Cloud Sync.
The two switches
- Enable Sync — syncs your selected settings across all signed-in devices.
- Auto Sync — pushes changes to the cloud within five seconds of a settings update. With it off, syncing only happens when you ask.
Choosing what syncs
Sync is per category, so you can share your theme across machines while keeping a different set of granted folders on each:

Turn off any category you would rather keep local to a machine.
Syncing by hand
Sync Now fetches the latest settings from the cloud, then pushes your local changes. The page shows the current status, when it last synced, and any error from the last attempt.
Devices
One installation counts as one device. Reinstalling Pivit on the same machine reuses the same device rather than adding a new one.
